We need a logo for a new company that is based in the Midwestern United States in NW Indiana, which is less than an hour from downtown Chicago and SW Michigan; we hope to expand into both regions. We offer Occupational and Physical Therapy, visiting nurses, nursing aides and homemaker services in the homes of our clients.
