Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo for a proposed restaurant that I am testing at a farmer's market. The logo will be used for a banner that will hang at my booth.

Healthy "fast food" is the general idea. The restaurant will serve fresh fruit and vegetable shakes and juices along with vegetable wrap sandwiches and other raw foods.

My thought was to use fruits and vegetables to spell out "Living Foods" and the words "To Go" would be smaller but still visible. I was thinking of a white background with bright fruit and vegetable colors.

Fruits and vegetables to use in the design would be bananas, apples, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, carrots, spinach, lettuce, mango, coconut, lemon and lime.

The design should be lively and communicate freshness, health and vitality.

This is my idea but I am open to other creative ideas.
