We need a logo for an online service we are launching called 311service. Cities will use our service to create a convenient web portal for citizens to report service requests. It will help cities' maintenance teams become much more efficient, resulting in happier citizens! The colors can be light blue, dark gray, and possibly contain a small red accent. "311" should be the focus of the logo. "service" should be able to be removed if needed. The logo should be clean and modern, while conveying simplicity, responsiveness and efficiency.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I have had a few requests to extend the deadline. I have received some excellent submissions, and I look forward to seeing what new designs come in over the next 5 days. I will not be extending the deadline again. Thank you for your participation! Feel free to ask questions.

Requirements
Must have
- Modern "flat" appearance. Clean. Simple. Unique. Professional.
Nice to have
- This is not mandatory, but I'd like to see some ideas that feature something shaped like a boomerang integrated with the word "311".
Should not have
- Too busy.
