Is the design booklet going to be printed or for online use ?  If a hard copy is going to be provided to the host, can you kindly indicate the size of the booklet ?

2. It's going to be provided online and both printed out - hopefully A5 should suffice, but if you find that it does not (given the objectives), feel free to go for letter/A5

because it can not experience on web site un till i recieve a booking request
and i m not a service provider so u have to tell brief about it
