Wordpress Design Brief

i need a simple to use yet professional web site for my new plumbing business. I have an existing logo to incorporate. I would like to obtain a good google ranking with this site and focus mainly on generating high traffic and phone calls. I do already have some artwork I would like to implement.
I also like the use of drop down or appearing menus as to hide clutter
also need email accounts for each employee accessible through site
