Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for our new campaign, LegalizeAmerica.org! The logo will be used on merchandise we sell, so it should be print-ready. I've included a picture of what I basically want, but keep in mind that I actually need two different logos, one for printing on colors and one for printing on white (I believe different outline colors should suffice). The 'LEGALIZE" should be in a very readable and basic font, and will be 'white' on the colors, maybe just add a blue outline for printing on white. The 'America' font I would like to be very readable, but with a little bit of spunk added to it, as my target market for the merchandise is 16-24 year olds that smoke weed. If you had to pick a side between basic and wild for the font, side with something more basic. 'America' will be broken up into two parts, the 'A' and 'merica'. The 'A' will be larger, with a blue fill and the stars (from the American flag) filling it. Let's say like 5-7 stars should be seen in the 'A' (not strict, just to give you an idea). The 'merica' part will be the red and white stripes of the flag, like 2 or 3 stripes of each color, going in different directions. I don't want just straight stripes, add a little flair to em, not just a typical wavy pattern, maybe like a slight zig zag. The last part is the '.org' which will be the same font and color as 'LEGALIZE', and the '.org' will be much smaller underneath the 'America'. I have attached a picture of a drawing that I poorly did, just to give you a basic idea. Logo should be based on something like a 2 x 1 ratio, so I can print them at 10" x 5" (approximately).
