The posting states that you require Back End, Customer database, Mechanic database (Find a Specky location), Mechanic inspection portal -data input -photo upload.

Would you require the backend and complete database development for all of these or just the design (.psd) only.

The current budget suffices for 4-5 pages CSS coded design only - not full site designed or comprehensive backend integrated as demanded in brief for this small budget

Big note! This is a website that sells Used Car Inspections. Finding a car is simply a search function.

It seems that every designer took the beepi.com reference literally rather than a design note. They sell cars ... We sell inspections.

Please revise narrative to Get a Specky Used Car Inspection.
