Logo Design Brief

I need someone to take the logo that I sketched out and convert it into a dynamic yet minimalist logo (png) with transparent background and shading to give the illusion of 3D. It will appear at the top of my website (www.theozonepro.com). Please highlight the letters TOP in the phrase THE OZONE PRO. The font of the text can differ from my example however I want it to be strong, bold, and minimal. I suggest using a black background for the letters TOP and a transparent background for all other letters. I would like a 3D effect if possible (as long as it looks good) and shading behind the logo. I want the best talent and I am willing to pay for it. Thank you~ GM
