Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new web design company based on México, named "La casa de los pixeles" (means pixel's house). It must be simple, Mac App icon like.

We would like something VERY DETAILED, not only a single house icon.

I attach an example of the first attempt we did to use as logo; we like the pixelated background but the house is not very cool; so it is just for reference.

Requirements

Must have

• I would love to see HIGH QUALITY works, not just 3 minutes works. Here are some examples of the quality I am looking for, that DOESN'T mean I want a copy of those designs please:

Nice to have

• I would like to see pixels (squares) somehow, but not necessarily tiled; it can be in disorder.
  
  I would like to see a colorful design, you can use the whole color wheel; but don't abuse of this, we are not a clown party.
  

Should not have

• Please don't include any kind of metal gradient.
  Not monochromatic things.
  I don't want to see a house made of squares, please.
