Gateway Lifestyle Villages operates a number of manufactured home parks and aims to provide a private and quite community for people aged 55 and older at an affordable price.

We are a one community feel. We are looking for a modern logo, that can be used on a range of advertising, marketing and print material.

Simply uncomplicated is what sells these things. The last logo almost has a sense or grandeur or luxury and that is not us.

  No green. Do not use any colours associated with ocean.
  
  Would like to have to version of the logo to be used for different divisions of the company. One logo for tourist parks, the other same logo, different colour for residential parks. For example have the logo in red and blue.
