Flyer Design Brief

We are an IT company looking for a marketing Pamphlet/Flyer that we can email out to people describing what we do and a special we are offering. There seemed to be too much text to write here so I have uploaded a previous pamphlet for a jist of what the test could be.
- A PDF we can attach to an email seems the best
- We are focusing this on Dental clients so it should point to that
