Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Sydney (Australia).
The company name is not definite yet but 'Touloulou' is on our mind at the moment. (Anyone with THE idea is more than welcome).
We will produce punches, liqueurs and arranged rums as well as preserved food (saltfish, toloman, feroce d'avocat). Initially selling and producing french caribbean product, we will developpe to englobe all the caribbean delicacies.

Touloulou is a crab's name living in the mangrove as well as a carnival.
We eat this crab (red and black or deep sea blue in color) during easter and christmas.

The madras fabric is also really important in the french west indies.

The final design should communicate the caribbean (colourful, easy to recognise)
