Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new 501(c)(3) non-profit charity rescue (dogs & cats) organization. Our mission:
1.We rescue dogs & cats from high-kill shelters in Georgia. We also rescue abused, abandoned & neglected homeless pets. We provide vet care and training & rehabilitation as needed, we work with a network of volunteers who foster our animals to adoption in their forever home.
2.Educate the public on responsibilities involved with pet ownership, such as spay/neuter and the importance of prevention treatments and vaccines.
3. Educate the public on the many ways they can get involved in helping these animals.

Target Market(s)

Local community to receive donations (monetary & supplies) & fostering & adopting our rescued animals. Social media for international financial sponsoring our animals. Corporations for sponsorship to provide ongoing support.

Requirements

Must have

• Non-profit organization name. A logo that demonstrates we rescue dogs & cats.
• We don't have color preferences but we have suggestions. We are thinking the logo is made up of 2 colors. green & orange or orange & brown or green & brown. The green can be a blue green. Maybe even aqua and orange or aqua & brown. We are flexible but don't want pink or baby blue.

Nice to have

• It would be nice if the logo can also demonstrates our main goal is for our animals to be adopted. Maybe there can be a heart shape, or maybe even the state of Georgia shape, since we are in Georgia.
• Not sure about font style but when she the logo designs I'll get a feel of what I like.

Should not have

• We are not looking for a logo of just a dog and cat sitting next to the organization name. These are everywhere.
