Logo Design Brief
We are about to launch a new platinum brand in the call centre outsourcing business. The design should reflect that we will be the ultimate in service delivery - we are deliberately positioning ourselves as the best in the business.
Whilst our tag line has not been finalised - it will be something like
Your customers are our business.
As for the logo itself, we want our customers to see the logo and know what we do as a business (e.g. call centre). Whilst a headset is an obvious choice, its important to note that these days call centres do a lot more than just phone calls, and they are now more widely known as contact centres as they handle everything from phone calls, emails, live chat, video chat etc so please keep that in mind when coming up with your designs.

Reason: Please note we have extended the deadline as we have had to amend the brief slightly based on the initial designs we have received. That said, we are in a hurry so if the winning design comes through early we won't wait until the end. Thanks for your understanding.
