Web Design Brief

Hi,
I have a new real estate development website in making but am running out of time for its completion. It's for a new apartment building for sales. Would it be possible for you to change/alter the site according to my requirements? I could send you all the existing files. The bulk of the website is done.
The images aren't really ready yet but will be within the next days so those will need to be replaced. Currently draft images are the placeholder on the website.

• Please adjust this feature into our website with the menu items given.
• 2. Logo on Homepage
• Add the parksyde logo into the top center of the feature image.
• Though permanent images are yet to arrive in the next few days. These are only drafts.
• 3. Footer
• Not sure about the colour scheme here yet.
• Should contain Disclaimer and copyrights.
