Logo Design Brief

We are Italian restaurateurs and food distributors. Need a stylish plain bold logo. Not an eighties US design with moustache and slices of pizzas. Think instead Italian design for an idea of the font google italian graphic design.
Black bold font. I also like the fork in between the 2 Ls on Fratelli logo. So big 'Gallo' and and 'foods' underneath aligned right. If you have a better idea, gallo means rooster, so that can be incorporated
