One quick question: Is this project just the desinging of the website, or your budget covers both designing, coding and integration of third party payment?

This is for design + coding (inc. setting up the shopping cart for the donations).

We do NOT envision this as a complicated site, more "simple and elegant" where less is definitely more.

We do not want this to be "complex" website as it's #1 goal is to direct users on to the endeavors the ministry represents.

Thanks for the reply. However, I don' think you understand what it means for a website to be complex. For a website to be complex doesn't really have to do with the design style - whether it's simple, easy to navigate, etc. It's the scope and functionality of the website that determines if it's complex or not.

Thx Iyke, given that this is the 8th website of this type we have done in the last 18 months, we're pretty sure we know what we're talking about. :) We recognize that this budget might not be perfect for every designer though. Appreciate your input!
