Logo Design Brief

Need help creating a new brand look for a manufactured home community: Lawndale Estates

We have an established brand for our parent company: Lawndale Homes. Within Lawndale Homes, we have Lakeview Estates and Lawndale Estates. The Lakeview Estates logo is set, but we need to refresh Lawndale Estates.

UPDATE: What I'd like you to do is base the logo off of the sign framework in the attachment "Lawndale Sign1." By framework, I mean the two brick columns and lamps on top. Ignore the sign in the middle of the framework, this is what needs to be changed at some point.
