Brand-new church community looking for a logo design

Thanks so much for the submissions so far! I am struggling mightily to put into words what I'm looking for. I changed the original brief upon looking at some logo designs that appealed to me and adjusted my meters accordingly. I would love to see some designs that are on the more creative, bold, playful side and with some artistic (symbolic) element we can get behind. I'm trying to start using design words - because I'm still not seeing what I'm hoping for. Some of these designs feel a bit passive (I know I started with simple and clean... I'm sorry). I'm trying!
For example, I picture something like a cool stained glass window that is breaking apart with pieces moving out. Not traditional religious or churchy looking. I'm thinking more outside the box than I'm seeing right now. I'm thinking people represented somehow - ie. like a mosaic or stained window (on that line of thinking). We are unique. We are a collective. We are transformed to be sent out.
Some formational mottos we throw around:
We gather to scatter.
We reflect God's glory.
Free to set free.
The glory of God is a human fully alive.
Jubilee is the joyful proclamation we have been set free (from our boxes and from being religious). The cross (representing Jesus) does this.
So I've uploaded a few more ideas to my brief. I included a logo from this site that appealed to me (what I mean by playful). I've also included an early rendition of a name we were batting around but the mosaic changing at the cross to become sent out - with cool colors warming - is the kind of symbolism I'm after. Not traditional church symbols like birds or leaves as such.
Would anyone be willing to try to base a submission out of the sketch I made with the stained glass window? I envision the bottom right corner of the window becoming yellow or gold and breaking open with glass pieces (or something) spilling out. ?? I'm not a graphic designer though so not sure how it would look.
feedback please thank you
