Thanks for the invitation. Before start please make me confirm the following:
1. Are you looking for the full functional website described in the brief.
2. Are you looking for the home page design with all the elements shown in the home page.
3. Please make the project guaranteed.
4. The budget is too low to make your design, you should increase the budget.

Guaranteed project confirms more entry.

3. Please make the project guaranteed./ Unfortunately we have to work with the minimum budget possible. It mainly depends on the  project output. So far it mentions a non-coded website (design only)
4. The budget is too low to make your design, you should increase the budget. / Same as point 3 above.

Guaranteed project confirms more entry. / We are new to this online service and we are looking at the output of these service in order to garantee future projects.

Hi ,

I couldn't understand you clearly. Just tell me what will be my output format for your project. If it is only psd design for the home page then I am in, otherwise I am sorry.
