Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that would be suitable to be published on books (covers and spines). Both letters 'W' in the 'logo text' can be arranged to your liking.

The content of books will vary (from an academic research to fiction), so I would like it to be rather 'universal' in its character.

I am open to any suggestions and ideas.
