Logo Design Brief

I'm looking to have a logo made that represents our company. We are a medical marijuana collective that cares about their patients.
What I'm looking for an the logo is the word cannaisseurs in the middle of the logo. I want a rustic look like a old metal branding iron to brand animals or wood barrels. I would like the logo to have a rustic, but very high end look to it.
