The current budget suffices for homepage psd design only - not all pages designed or CSS coded or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the contest if you need the best designers to work on it

The scope of the work is a wordpress design / PSD files. A main page and a much less complicated similar blog page.

It does not require CSS coded, php, backend or e-commerce. If it did, it would state this.

The budget is as per the site suggestion.

The contest is guaranteed.
