Logo Design Brief

Logo for a medical consulting company called Shared MIssion. We work with a variety of medical companies to increase productivity and through-put. We would like to see a black/red logo with yellow as an accent color. I'm kind of thinking something similar to the MIssion Impossible logo. We need a classic look that will stay in style long term.
