Logo Design Brief
DesignBay is running an unsanctioned, open contest to improve the logo for the New South Wales (NSW) State Government!
The NSW Government has just launched a new logo but the Australian media has slammed them for getting a "lotus" flower instead of NSW waratah flower emblem.
DesignBay thinks you talented designers can do better - so we're running a contest! We've put up $1000 as a prize money and we're calling on creative Australians and global citizens to rescue this situation. We want the government to have a better logo and we want the people to help select the best design!
At the end of the contest we will happily donate the logo to the NSW State Government (if they choose to accept it)!
We are keeping the brief requirements open.  We would love to see the best, stylised (and non-lotus inspired) waratah flower logos, but other ideas are welcome (as the NSW Rugby Union team already uses a waratah logo).
