Brochure Design Brief

I would like a trifold brochure design to continue the theme I already have established on my website www.atremingtons.com.au The basic theme uses the logo from the website, it is called "At Remingtons" B & B Private Cottages and has black background with use of gold for borders and highlights. The accommodation is in the hinterland region of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. I have 4 separate private cottages which I would like to include information & pictures about each as per details on the website mentioned. Features to highlight include ocean views, log fires, spa baths, romance, nature. Accommodation is suitable for couples, family, small group or wedding party, special occasion getways. Package inclusions to be highlighted are breakfast hamper, complimentary chocolates & champagne, pamper products, optional inclusions are cheese platter, relaxation massage. I would like location to be included by way of a map, contact details (website, email & mobile phone) to also be included.
There are pictures on the website which I can provide high resolution for brochure printing as required. Some more images have been uploaded for optional use.
