Web Design Brief

We are launching a website to promote a new software product we are developing. At this stage we are still testing out interest (in the product idea) and so want something quick and simple.
I am looking for a graphic proof of the home page (e.g. delivered as a PSD or similar) - our team can then cut this up to create the HTML etc.

We want a simple menu, containing Home, Demo, About, Contact but I'm only asking for design of the home page.

I have attached the following:
- A PDF containing ideas for copy and layout.
- A zip file of the logo, although please feel free to change the logo if you want as we are not attached to this.
- Two screenshots showing pages from the application. The look and feel is based loosely on our main product (http://www.assetbank.co.uk) although don't be constrained by this as we are happy for it to change.
