Logo Design Brief

I have created a brand called RYZE out of southern california. An ideal logo that I am seeking would be in all caps with an arrow facing upward somehow incorporated into the design. This design will be used on apparel such as hats, socks, bags, accessories, etc. This is a unisex line so it must represent that. I am open to color as this is going to be an uplifting line however, generally, I love a black and white concept.
