Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer that will engage potential customer in need for gardening services. We offer high quality gardening services spanning from lawn mowing and weeding to soil improvement to tree pruning and so on.
I would like a double sided flyer A6 size. I trust your expert touch in terms of lay out but the general idea I had was to have one side with the logo, a catchy picture (or more), the website/phone number/address and on the flip side a little more text focusing on the client perspective with statement such as 'Let us do the hard work so that you can enjoy your garden' (obviously the wording isn't my strongest skill) but the idea is to get into the customer perspective;
I would also like to list all the service we can offer such as but not limited to weeding, pruning, lawn care, green waste disposal, soil improvement, hedging, edging, lawn mowing,...
Happy for you to use any picture free of right from the internet if necessary

• being customer perspective focused (the benefits for the customer) - perhaps on the flip side some text like 'highly trained and experienced landscape gardeners so that the job is done perfectly every time', 'always carrying all range of commercial grade tools so that we can tackle any job', 'Experienced gardeners so that the job is achieve faster' (it doesn't have to be in those exact words as I trust that you may be expert in wording as well as designers?)
