Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a modern logo which is potentially typographic in nature which embodies some of the following properties:

- Need or Want
- Speed
- Professionalism
- Quality

The company is Dev Demand Co. I'd like to see several versions of the logo when submitting:
- 128x128 Icon
- Either "Dev Demand" or "DevDemand"
- The same as above but incorporating "Co." into the brand

The business itself is marketed towards companies with an existing Dev team who need more capacity at short notice, or who need more capacity for a short or medium term contract and don't want to hire an additional employee.

As far as requirements, I'm looking for a brand icon which smartly incorporates the properties above with a decent application of colour theory and elegant simplicity.
