Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for a new company that has a connection with a larger parent company. The new company has the name Energima LED UK and will be marketing products within the EU under the brand EnergiLED. As the name indicates the company's products are for the low energy lighting market. The company is the designer and manufacturer of the products it sells so brand identification is important. We would like a brand logo please for EnergiLED that will hopefully be simple yet striking as it will appear on all product labels along with the brand name. Upon successful creation of the brand logo we would like to have business card layouts and letterheads created as a further job. Later we may require advertising brochure support and may even seek a full website design. I've included the current company logo as reference only.
