Wordpress Design Brief

This design is part of a well thought-out project by an experienced project manager / developer. The approved wireframe is attached. Creative interpretations / suggestions based on the layout encouraged.

The design is for a new state-of-the-art medical center located in Dallas, Texas. The target audience would likely be individuals (approx. 60% female /40% male) who are the healthcare decision-makers for their families. They would likely have insurance and be inclined to seek out top-quality care.

Potential clients would choose this client over others in their industry because the medical center is physician owned, meaning it is patient-focused rather than profit-focused. The facility is brand new, featuring the latest technology. (This includes an amazing waiting room featuring WiFi and docking stations.) The physicians are hand-picked by referral only.

The look of the site should be extremely clean. We are going for a well-organized, professional look with a bit of a warm glow (interpret that however you like). Use crisp corners and the colors in the logo.

Think modern, clean with some great use of color / font.

We can get lovely photography of the medical center once construction is complete. Feel free to use an "example image" behind the Featured Area ("Physician Owned. Patient-Focused") if you like. We are open to ideas.

ONE CHANGE REQUESTED IN THE WIREFRAME:

Remove the "Connect" 1/4 page footer area and replace with a quick contact form. You may swap the "Locations" area with the form if desired. Put social media icons at the top left of the page in the top header area.

(Note: Please use social media icons that match the design rather than standard icons. We preferred not placing the icons at the top, but the client requested this. Let's not bring more attention to them than necessary.)

Updates

We're custom programming this site, so there's no need to base it on a template. Also, we would prefer not to use typical "seen everywhere" stock images.Thanks.
