Business Card Design Brief

I am starting a small automotive detailing business in hopes of becoming a well-known detailer to work on high end cars. I would like a card to reflect the high quality and time I put into my work. The name of the company is Off the Line Detailing. I feel like it represents racecars getting off the line at the drag strip as well as an innuendo of "Off the Charts". I do minor paint correction such as clay barring, multi-step buffing and polishing, waxing, hand washes, etc. I am always striving to learn more and improve my work. My goal is to have total customer satisfaction. This is a female run business but I do not want it to be very girly. Elegant is okay! I have pictures of my personal mustang attached, they do not need to be incorporated but if you can think of a cool way to use 1 or all of them, go for it!

Target Market(s)

Anyone that owns a vehicle. Preferably high end vehicles such as Porsche, Lamborghini and Ferrari but I will also happily work on any car, truck or suv no matter what brand.

Requirements

Must have

• Business name, my name, address, phone number. Listing that I do minor paint correction such as clay barring, multi-step buffing and polishing, waxing, hand washes, interior cleaning, and more. (This last part was in nice to haves but I have realized that I do really want it, so I moved it to must haves.) I want something that is different and eye-catching to my customers. Some people have done this very well with cards already submitted to me, but a lot have not. I didn't mess with the "look and feel bars" much because because I am pretty open to the overall design as long as it is not your basic run of the mill design.

Nice to have

• Something car related. Maybe an appointment time/date line. I do not have a logo, but if you would like to design one and incorporate it, that would be amazing!

Should not have

• Purple and Pink colors. Boring, basic, normal card.
