New Restaurant serving Hawaiian Poke. Poke in Hawaii translate to "cubed" or "cut up". Poke is cut up fish marinated in soysauce, sesame oil, onions. Main core item we're serving is Ahi Tuna (Yellow Fin Tuna). Restaurant will be designed in "Industrial-Look" (similar to Chipotle Restaurant). Logo to be young, fun, colorful and maybe (only maybe) with fish design incorporated in logo design. Our customer target is "millennial" age group. Our "revised" restaurant name is: Blue Water Poke
