We do have pictures and can get them uploaded.

Hello.. I would like to design something for you but....
for the amount of rework to get the text off the PDF document to make it editable.. is a lot of work for the monies offered... considering it's 6 pages of content. This will take a considerable amount of hours to do.
(which breaks down to no ROI on time)

Your pdf has 6 pages worth of information. If you did this one page the text would be tiny
even two pages double sided its still going to be small. I would recommend taking out
some information otherwise it will look cluttered.
