Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a luxury real estate brand. We are particularly interested in having a logo that incorporates the letter "H", that could stand alone, or be incorporated with the rest of the business name "Hartis Real Estate Experts."

I've attached a file of a logo that I like, that a friend uses in her luxury real estate business. You can see where they incorporated the "H" in her logo, but also added the name of her company.

With color, I am open to suggestions, but I usually like things that are either grey on black, or red on black.
