Logo Design Brief
I'm a ship captain in the US Coast Guard. I relocated a ship, (i.e., USCGC RIDLEY) from New York to Florida and I need to update its outdated ship's crest (see "Ridley.jpg").
Besides more traditional ship's crests, an other idea discussed by our team is a Sailor Jerry interpretation of a ship's crest featuring the classic shellback turtle ("shellback.jpg") and sailor jerry font along with other items (like a sailor jerry-esque interpretation of the ship).
For reference, I've included the crests of two of the ships with which I work (see "Diamondback.jpg" and "Shrike.png"). Other examples of ships' crests are here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Emblems_of_United_States_Coast_Guard_cutters

Requirements
Must have
- The design must include "USCGC RIDLEY (WPB 87328)" and either a ridley sea turtle or a teenage mutant ninja turtle (preferred).
Nice to have
- I'll be extra impressed if you can hide "11", "2011, or the letter "M" somewhere in the design. Other possible elements to include are the navy jack (navy_jack.png), the ship (i.e., an 87 foot Coastal Patrol Boat and same as the one featured in both the SHRIKE and DIAMONDBACK crests), a commissioning pennant ("commissioning_pennant.jpg") or the cutterman's insignia ("cutterman_insignia.gif").
