Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new consulting/research company.
The name is MaineCoon Research (like the cat). I would like the cat to be very stylized (just a silhouette), looking out/over (see picture). I like that it's got the looks of a hunter/wild cat.
I do research on data, with some programming involved, and analysis applied to the electricity markets. So it would be good to find a way to insert a reminder of that data analysis part in the background.
Not sure if it will make sense with the cat so see what you can do.. I wanted to see what was possible
The final design should communicate precision, new technology, hunting for new data and new solutions..
Ideally in dark blue/metallic blue & black tones like in the blue picture attached
