Logo Design Brief

We need an elegant, upmarket logo that projects a practical luxury rooted in Tradition and Heritage. We are a smaller Texas real estate company, "Heritage Realty" that provides sales and property/asset management services. So the logo will need to be easily identifiable on signs. We would like to see designs that use "richer", deep colors. Maroon is a good color for us along with blues and reds.
