Magazine Design Brief

I run a very large muti-sport facility in NY where we offer a wide range of programs, leagues and events. I put out one marketing piece (seasonal program guide) that has all information on these offerings.

I would like to redesign it to make it look more like a magazine (flashier, more content).

I am hoping to get a framework for this designed through DesignCrowd, where we are provided a cover, back cover and possibly 10 different page layout types. I can then take that file and have my team add content.
