I need a logo design for a finance mortgage broking company that provides choices to it's clients from a range of bank and non-bank lenders to fund clients goals such as home purchases, investment purchases, car finance, personal loans, business finance, etc. The company wants to project a professional, modern, fresh look. The logo is to be used for business cards, flyers A5, website, Facebook, linkedIn & brochures A4.

Project has been extended as updates to amendments requested are still pending. For any designer yet to submit a design or any new designer, I'm looking for the following and will be offering a second and third place winner fee to help achieve the best design.
Clarified brief: -
I'm looking for a profession, clean but interesting logo design. I do not want to see any acronyms please e.g. no 'PF' or 'PC' or any other combination.
1. I would like to see just logo text using interesting fonts, colour and layout, but still maintaining a professional look.
OR
2. I would like to see a creative symbol of a roof or tick or document either on top or left side of the logo text but still maintaining a professional look.
