just a quick correction i wrote this in the description:some tattoos one her arms.
but what i meant to say was on her arms, as is in she could have some cool designed tattoos on both her arms.
Another idea i had was basically she the same thing, Chicago flag bandanna ,tattoos on her arms and her wearing at hat with her hands holding it just like this photo i'll link

if you can design it so that her tattoos on her can be seen when she is holding the hat with the Chicago flag bandanna that would be perfect. the designs of the tattoos could be in color or black or gray, that's up to the artist. If the artist could design the tattoos to look more gangsta that would be great, maybe make a design of the tattoos in color and one in black and gray to see how it feels that would be great and id really appreciate it. thank you

or do i only keep the designs that a certain designer submitted?
