Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our UK based Crowd Funding website. We crowdfund property development projects. The design should be based around the property development / architect style and should incorporate something simple and clean, maybe a small icon incorporated with the text as well. It would also be helpful if something to do with the crowdfunding / property aspect could be involved with the logo.

MUST HAVE CUSTOM FONT WITH ICON OR STYLIZED TEXT.

Please remember this is all about crowd funding and property development, that must be apparent in the logo.

We have no company colours so that is up to the designer.

I have added some logos I really like to this advert.

The best logos I have seen look good in a single colour as well as in white on a coloured background.
