The company was part of a franchise group. The franchise group never flourished and the company withdrew from the franchise several years ago.

Many clients asked me to arrange finance (mortgage loans etc) so I added this service to my business.

The proper company name is Team Admin Ltd and therefore having a brand as "Team Admin and Finance" seemed logical. Therefore we are bringing the new brand into line with the company name and the company's activities/services.
