Brochure Design Brief

Create a brochure, which sells my business. Utilise the website www.fitinvestmentsolutions.com for the details that need to go into the brochure. I would like 2 designs, one for a 4 page brochure and the other for a two page brochure (focus firstly on the 4 page).

The focus points are our 4 year rent guarantee and also out pitch that we are invested with them. Please see the website.

Need to focus on the main points as per the website, can use text from the website and the graphics where suitable.

On the 4 page brochure, first 3 pages to be info as per the website. On the 4 page of the brochure I would like the information included on the final 2 pages of the attached document (the investment property example). Please shrink this down, you do not need to include all the wording more so the figures.
