Logo Design Brief

I'm starting an indie Yarn Dyeing company. Amongst podcasting knitters, if someone has too much yarn and aspires to cut down on purchasing and stockpiling yarn, a knitter will say she is on a "yarn diet." The name of the company, "Yarn Dye-it" is a play on that phrase. Some ideas I have for a tagline: "Indulge," "Treat Yourself," "Diet does not always mean restrict."
The logo should fit better in a square or circle as opposed to being linear. I prefer the "it" in "Dye-it" to be lowercase. Ideally, only the "Y" and "D" should be uppercase.
