1. In the first round all designers just upload the designs or this is a coding contest too?
2. Can you make your contest guaranteed?

1) I would be nice to see some coding, but that is mainly the design I am looking for. If the person I choose can also code, then I would consider hiring that person also to finish the coding.

2) I think I will make the contest guaranteed, but I will decide that later today or tomorrow..

Have one more question!
What is the user's actions on the site? Register, upload photos, pay, get printing. Upload a photo in editor, choose a template and chek-out.
Whether people can upload the complete layout or have to use the program?

The idea is that the customer can upload his files (if he have the layout), if he has no printready
files he can open a editor (some external program) and design his own.

So, two ways of subitting jobs., then some checkout process.
