Logo Design Brief

Starting a pool service and repair company. Owner/operator type business. The name is "Oasis Management Guys Pool Service"
Which is one name I will use but it's really to get to the brand name I want to use which is "OMG Pool" and I also have the domain www.omgpool.com.
So I'd like a nice logo that would fit well- embroidered to a hat or polo shirt. Consisting of these elements. "Oasis Management Guys Pool Service" <--- I'd like that spelled out so that O, M, G are larger and pop out at you and Pool also stands out in s similar way so when you see the logo the OMG Pool pops out nicely and catches your eye. Could be set in an oval pool or some sort of kid friendly cutesy pool oasis theme. Id like a great color logo that would look good on a website. And also a similar version of the logo that can be printer larger in screen printed on the back of a t-shirt- which will be printed on the shirt all one color-white on a navy blue shirt. Also might want to put my company name on pencils or pens and I'd like to see ideas for how that could fit.
If it would look good and can be done- it would be nice to have my website designed into the logo www.omgpool.com

The attached photo is my son cleaning my pool- this does not need to be incorporated at all. It's just this website will only let me proceed it I upload a photo, so I uploaded a photo. I think my task description should be enough, I don't want to sketch out my idea, I'd rather not influence the artist.
