Logo Design Brief

Create a unique logo that is surrounded by franchise hotels.
We are located 10 minutes from IAH airport (Houston, TX)
I want something that is modern, sophisticated, but something that also has a pop to it.
I am located close a major freeway (Hwy. 59).
This property is an exterior hotel, with only 36 rooms.
The project is listed as "The Continental Inn & Suites" I would also like the see what it would look like just being "The Continental"

Requirements

Must have

• I have attached about 6 files as examples of what I am looking for, there are also some files that I saw on the website but could not save them. If I can speak to the designers one on one I can most likely explain what else I like

Nice to have

• Lets add some color to this logo.
• Most hotels in the area are recognized by most people.
• I want to see examples where a hotel logo sticks out like a sore thumb so guests that will be staying with us.
• Nothing TOO crazy, still want to have a modern look to it.

Should not have

• I don't want the logo too picturesque.
