Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for an existing business which specialises in organising equestrian events and hiring of equestrian equipment. We are having a new website being built based on the following link: https://themeforest.net/item/vibration-responsive-music-events-theme/4613647?s_rank=1
The design must be crisp/minimalist with colours to match the proposed website. Orange/Black/White are our preferred options, although not essential. We are also looking at the design for print/embroidery on corporate clothing and as such must be easily reproduced and not lose the overall integrity of the image.
